Possibly the greatest attractions of the villa are the salt water swimming pool, deck area and fantastic views of the lake!

Salt provides comparable levels of hygiene to chlorine but without the smell, sore eyes and dry skin that chlorine creates. The salt is very mild, far less than swimming in the sea, to the point that you don’t even notice it. It leaves your skin wonderfully fresh and creates the clearest water ever.

Just brilliant!

Brand new furniture has been provided to the pool deck including a 6 seater table with high back chairs and 4 full length loungers with an all important side table for that chilled glass of wine.

From the pool deck you can enjoy the most fabulous views over the lake. A variety of birds are always present as well as turtles, plus there are a couple of resident alligators! These remarkable creatures really add to the interest and enjoyment.

The whole pool area is south facing, simply the best for catching the sun from dawn til dusk. The Lanai (the external undercover area) provides welcome shade when it’s time for a break from the sun lounger! A new glass block wall to the side of the Lanai increases privacy further and flush mounted LED lights are fitted for your comfort
