the bedrooms

Waterside has 3 permanent bedrooms, the Master has a King Size bed (6’ 4” wide), a second double with a Queen Size bed (5’) and a twin room with 2 single beds (3’).

Every care has been taken in the furnishing of the bedrooms. From the high quality furniture and beds to the Samsung Smart TV’s. Whilst the entire villa is air conditioned, each bedroom also has a ceiling mounted, speed adjustable fan, for added comfort.

To ensure a really good nights sleep, Sealy Pillowtop Mattresses with duvets and bedding from John Lewis are provided to every bed so you’ll awake fresh for the new days excitement…

The Master Bedroom has views across the pool to the lake, through the newly fitted patio doors. A great view to wake up to and slip out for an early morning dip!

The en-suite bathroom has been completely refurbished with mosaic wall tiling and new vanity units with Corian tops. There is a large tub and separate shower cubicle. Just off the en-suite is a vast walk-in wardrobe – just right for all those trips to the shopping mall!

The second double bedroom is styled in a nautical theme in keeping with the holiday spirit. It has a queen size (5’) bed and plenty of storage with a large, built-in double wardrobe.

The second bathroom is situated between the twin and second double bedroom. This bathroom has also been completely refurbished with mosaic wall tiling and a new vanity unity with Corian top installed. The old bath tub has been removed and a huge walk-in shower has taken its place, great after a long day at the Theme Park!

For the young dudes and dudettes, the twin room styled with a Disney theme is just perfect. Like all the bedrooms,there is a Samsung Smart TV (wall mounted).

There are Disney character soft toys and bedspreads to add to the fun.

This bedroom also has plenty of storage with a large, built-in double wardrobe.

the kitchen

You probably didn’t come on holiday to cook but one look at the kitchen might cause you to have a rethink!

From the brand new units with Corian counter tops and moulded sinks to the stainless steel appliances including an enormous double doored refrigerator, huge stove, dishwasher and microwave, you might just feel the need to get culinarily creative!

All the pots, pans, utensils (Joseph Joseph), crockery and cutlery (Jamie Oliver) you will ever need have been provided. In addition, a range of plastic plates and ‘glasses’ have been provided for use on the pool deck.

The wall units have uplighters as well as downlighters which add to the opulent feel, further enhanced by the stone, mosaic wall tiling.

At the far end of the kitchen is a ‘bar table’ and 2 stools. Just right for hopping on and off for breakfast on the run - or for keeping the chef company whilst they’re hard at work!

Small appliances by KitchenAid including a kettle, coffee maker and toaster, all in stainless steel, are provided.

the den

A fourth bedroom or a playroom? Why not have both?

When we created the Den, we wanted to enhance Watersides flexibility. The Den is primarily set up as a ‘Playroom’ with a a Sony Playstation 4 Console, a Samsung 55” HD TV and a comfy leather sofa to sprawl out on– everything your teenagers (or a sport dad) could want!

With the sofa morphing into a full double size bed and a decent sized built-in wardrobe, the Den becomes a fourth bedroom. We have found this particularly useful for families with 3 children who prefer to have a bedroom each.

The newly installed patio doors provide direct access to the pool and great views of the lake beyond.

TV? Movie? Playstation 4 anyone? It’s all here in the Den – between the Pool, the Games Room and the Den, you might just achieve the impossible – grateful teenagers!

The Playstation 4 system is really clever as it works with both UK (PAL Region 2) and USA (NTSC Region 1) formatted games, so feel free to bring yours. Alternatively, there are currently about 30 games downloaded onto the system for you to enjoy. There are 2 controllers so the older folk can join in as well...and get a good whipping from the ‘professionals’!

the games room

If you happen to tire of the Pool, the PS4, the TV and the Alligators in the lake…there’s always the Games Room to consider. The entertainment here consists of a full size, 8’ slate bed professional standard Pool Table, a 58” Foosball (Football) Table, a 46” HDTV and a SONOS music system. There is also Fishing equipment for use on Eagle Pointe Lake.

In keeping with the overall quality of the villa, the Games Room has been fitted to a high standard. There is specific lighting throughout together with a triple light rail above the Pool Table, wall mounted fans to keep you cool and wood effect flooring. The décor, posters and memorabilia add to the overall atmosphere.

The Games Room, a great place to cool off and while away an hour or two…

the pool

Possibly the greatest attractions of the villa are the salt water swimming pool, deck area and fantastic views of the lake!

Salt provides comparable levels of hygiene to chlorine but without the smell, sore eyes and dry skin that chlorine creates. The salt is very mild, far less than swimming in the sea, to the point that you don’t even notice it. It leaves your skin wonderfully fresh and creates the clearest water ever.

Just brilliant!

Brand new furniture has been provided to the pool deck including a 6 seater table with high back chairs and 4 full length loungers with an all important side table for that chilled glass of wine.

From the pool deck you can enjoy the most fabulous views over the lake. A variety of birds are always present as well as turtles, plus there are a couple of resident alligators! These remarkable creatures really add to the interest and enjoyment.

The whole pool area is south facing, simply the best for catching the sun from dawn til dusk. The Lanai (the external undercover area) provides welcome shade when it’s time for a break from the sun lounger! A new glass block wall to the side of the Lanai increases privacy further and flush mounted LED lights are fitted for your comfort
